Reima paired up with iconic Finnish shoe designer Minna Parikka to create a gender-fluid, candy-colored collection of shoes and gear designed to let kids be their own unique and wonderful selves.
But there’s much more to this collection that meets the eye - it’s produced with awareness for the environment.

Recycled and natural - materials with sustainable characteristics
The materials of each shoe were chosen and developed by the professional Italian shoe engineers of ACBC (All Can Be Changed). You can read more about the materials, their unique properties and sustainability below.
RePET - from post-consumer bottles
All the Reima X Minna Parikka shoes have:
- Internal reinforcements partially made with RePET recycled polyester
- Lining made of RePET post consumer polyester
RePET is derived from recycled PET bottles. Using recycled polyester means saving a great amount of CO2 compared to using virgin material and reduces the problem of plastic in landfills and oceans.
Not leather, but FreeBio™ by ACBC
FreeBio™ by ACBC is a family of leather alternative material technologies with responsible inputs derived from recycled polymers, bio-based and mineral fillers.
All products of the FreeBio™ family are animal free. In particular, responsible materials are combined with a PU binder to guarantee performance and, most importantly, durability.
